"P1" Stewart Parson:

Stewart started his working career in road construction, asphalt plants, and rock quarries operating a variety of equipment.  He worked with Pike Electric running directional drilling crews and splicing HV power before going into the directional drilling business for himself.  Later he went to work with AT&T as a consultant PM on their long-haul OSP networks over AL, GA, SC, NC, and KY., managing 25 to 30 projects simultaneously. For these projects Stewart was responsible for initial design, creating bid packages, awarding the contracts, inspecting the construction, creating as-builts and closing out the projects.

 

Stewart then moved abroad where he worked in the Oil and Gas industry in the QA/QC discipline for multiple companies such as Fluor Daniel, CB&I, Total E&P, Moody International, and Heerema Marine Contractors.  After a decade in Europe he moved to Asia as a Quality Manager on what was then the third largest Oil and Gas project in the world at $43 billion USD.  

 

He returned to the USA and to the Telecom Industry as a Small Cell Construction Manager for Crown Castle, and  later transferred to the Crown Castle fiber group as Senior Fiber Construction Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region. Later he was Senior Operations Manager for Arrow Civil's OSP work, and most recently the OSP Construction Manager for KGPCo in the Colorado market. 

 

Stewart has accumulated a number of certifications in Oil & Gas, and Telecom such as OSHA, certified fiber technician/specialist/testing, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, 3D AutoCAD, certified coatings and welding inspector, and certified in First Aid/AED/CPR.

Within P³ Utility Contractors Stewart is responsible for client relationships, rate negotiations and the quality operations of each project. 

 

On his free time Stewart enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, off-roading and all other outdoor activities.

"P2" Nataly Parson: 

Nataly was born and raised in Moscow, Russia and had a fast-growing career in PR and Communications in different industries such as banking, automotive, high-end wine and spirits. At age she 27 was responsible for PR department of Citibank in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. A year later she took a decision to move abroad to The Netherlands, where she got her Master degree, became Mrs. Parson and continued her career in international markets.

At her role in P3 Utility Contractors Nataly is managing day to day operations, including insurance, taxes, wages and of course all PR and Marketing Communications. 

​

When not being busy with her duties at P3, Nataly enjoys being a mosaic artist. Her work made in a unique contemporary style can be found in several art galleries of Colorado. ​
